Silver Line Delays?

Yes, reports are out that there are more delays on Metro’s new Silver Line.  The first stage of the rail transportation eventually going out to Dulles Airport and Loudoun County has been eagerly awaited but delays continue to persist.  Testing has found numerous problems not only on the rail system but also in system stations such as leaking water and faulty escalators.  So home owners in Fairfax County and Reston, where the first stage has been completed will continue to wait!  Home owners along the Dulles Toll Rd. have been excited for years about the possibility of rail transportation to Washington, DC and to Dulles Airport.  Once completed, the Silver Line will surely help property values all along the Silver Line but particularly those closest to metro stops at Wiehle Ave and Reston.  Click HERE to see the current and proposed Metro rail system
